Animal Testing Policy
We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we ask others to do so for us.
Are free samples available?
Yes and no. At this time, we are unable to offer samples of our products, with the exception of event sponsorship. However, we do have products to review. If you would like to review a product before its entry into the marketplace, please see our Product Review page.
Do you ever donate products and sponsor events?
We are very active in the community and support organizations with similar values of healthy lifestyles, sustaining a healthy environment and promoting general well-being.
We adopted a policy that directs our charitable resources to organizations that meet our company criteria. Although we would love to help everyone, we simply cannot. We choose to support organizations by purchasing “booth space” and providing samples at events.
What if your product doesn’t work on my skin?
We are unique individuals, and we know there is no one product that works for everyone. We will refund your money if you are not satisfied with our product, but we will not refund any shipping or handling costs. In order to receive a refund, you must provide the receipt. Send your receipt to: Bella Soap Company, 3769 Del Mar Avenue, Loomis, CA 95650. Refunds are processed within 30 calendar days.
What is Bella’s Privacy Policy?
Bella Soap Company guards the privacy of the information that we receive from individuals. We do not sell, rent or divulge personal information to anyone unless required by law.
What security measures are in place?
All contact with Bella Soap Company is encrypted through the website. In addition we have the benefit of the web management company and the security system they provide. All information is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a proven coding system that lets browsers automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before it is sent.
How can I pay for products?
We accept credit cards through PayPal, and you can mail a check or money order made payable to Bella Soap Company. Product is mailed after payment has been processed.
How do you ship?
We use UPS and the U.S. postal service. Shipments requiring overnight delivery are available. Please call for more information at 916-652-7052 M-F between 8-5 PST.
I placed an order online and have not received a confirmation or my product. Now what?
